AZU's menu already features the best of Chinese, Japanese, Sushi, and Asian Fusion Cuisine, but we plan to keep updating it by adding new items every few months. To the right are some of the dishes we have listed as our chef's recommendations. Each features ingredients, flavors, and techniques that make them uniquely delicious.
Grilled salmon steak glazed with teriyaki sauce and prepared medium well, served with sauteed mushrooms, onions, & broccoli on the side.
Chicken, shrimp, and scallops stir fried in a spicy garlic-vinegar sauce with onions, strip mushrooms, bell peppers, water chestnuts, and broccoli. (In this picture, beef was substituted for scallops)
A flavorful cod marinated & glazed with honey miso and served with grilled asparagus and mango salsa on the side.
