The Crawfish Avocado Salad is a light and tasty appetizer made with fresh avocados, crawfish, onions, and more. It's an Azu-style guacamole served with crispy wonton chips.
Choose either a half or whole Peking duck that has been prepared overnight to keep the skin crispy and the meat moist and flavorful. The duck is thinly sliced and served with lotus buns, thinly sliced scallions, and hoison sauce.
